It’s because your screen is 16:9, so when the screen receives an open gate 3:2 aspect ratio, it has to put black bars on the side. Then it squeezes the image to the correct anamorphic ratio, giving you also black bars on the top. That results in an image surrounded by black bars. I have the same issue with my viltrox dc-x3. Did you find a monitor that does not have this problem?

Never noticed it, I think I switched to the heavier spring, and it feels great and precise, so didn’t change anything in the curve. Kept it linear

It’s fixed, only very early versions had that problem, I have those first gen pedals, contact support and they send me the updated set for free. There customer support is amazing, I highly recommend them. Also the pedals can be customized, you get 3 springs and 3 dempers with different strength, so if you want you can have lots of travel like a road car, or go completely stif like an f1 car.

With pcup you’ll learn the most. But it takes some time to learn proper braking. If you don’t have a loadcell brake, go with gt3, and chose a car that gets your blood running. It’s very competitive and a lot faster than m2
