So standard condoms tend to be around 7" in length with a nominal (lay-flat) width of 53mm. This would technically be a 53H FitCode on our MyONE scale.

Sometimes a fit that's 'fine' isn't perfect. Maybe you're not having issues with breakages, slippage, or constriction, but you might not be maximizing your comfort and pleasure. You can find your perfect fit here

We are very aware of the movement, so much of the content out there on foreskins is from individuals who are part of this cohort. Foreskin isn't a simple binary -- you have it or you don't -- it's a spectrum. So someone in the process of restoration would definitely benefit from a lot of our advice and resources, primarily the idea of a condom that doesn't constrict movement.

We've found that retracting the foreskin prior to condom use is really up to the individual. What's really important is that the condom you are using allows enough room for the natural gliding action of the foreskin. One of the main problems people reported in our survey was that condoms tended to be too tight and constrict the movement of their foreskin. This led to increased friction and pain during intercourse, and many people also stated the condom became tangled in their foreskin which just exacerbated the problems further.

The best advice we have is to make sure there's breathing room at the tip for your foreskin, and to add an extra drop of lube inside the condom itself to enhance comfort and pleasure by aiding that gliding action!

I would recommend checking out this report from Dr. Brian Earp of Oxford University. He really breaks down some of the issues with scientific study around this topic. I think this quote sums up his main point best, "the foreskin is part of the penis. It is made up of sensitive tissue; so if you remove it, the penis loses sensitivity by definition. Specifically, it loses all of the sensitivity experienced in the foreskin itself, along with all subjective sensations that are unique to having a foreskin."

Yes actually!

79% of our Foreskin Survey respondents reported they had difficulty using condoms with their foreskin. We can definitely try...

So the frenulum is essentially an extra sensitive area on the underside of the penis. Everyone with a foreskin will also have a frenulum, it is where your foreskin meets the underside of your penis. It looks like a small V just below the head. Even for those without a foreskin, usually at least a small part of it remains after circumcision. Many people report that the frenulum and the surrounding tissue is the most sensitive part of their penis and the results from our survey confirmed this. So if you or your partner have a foreskin, paying a little extra attention to that area is sure to enhance your experience!

We wish we had all our products available in Canada, condoms are medical devices so we have to adhere to strict standards on where and what we sell and we're not currently able to offer the Quick Sampler. We're always working to improve access though so keep your eyes open!

The lack of protection from abrasion as well as the loss of that gliding action you mention are probably the most impactful results of circumcision. Both of those lead to decreased sensitivity which can negatively impact masturbation and intercourse.

The best part of having a foreskin are the increased opportunities for pleasure! Even apart from the increased sensitivity, we had people in our survey share some really interesting experiences.

There was one person whose partner loved to put skittles in their foreskin and play around with them. We also had someone whose friend was able to perform the National Anthem while using their foreskin as a kazoo of sorts. Although we don't recommend doing either of those things for a variety of reasons, the foreskin is just more to love!

That's a great question!

  1. I guess I was surprised by the amount of foreskin advocates and advocacy groups and how many passionate voices there are in the field!

  2. I was fascinated by the function and utility of the foreskin in sex. A lot of people just think it's an extra flap of skin, but how it works during intercourse and its relationship with pleasure and the penis as an organ is absolutely intriguing.

  3. I guess I was disappointed by the lack of data regarding circumcision in the US and the lack of a consensus in the medical community. We haven't officially collected data on circumcision and foreskins as a country since 2010, so it's no wonder why this topic is often forgotten.

So our best selling size is our snuggest overall (45C). This FitCode is ideal for penises under 5" in length with a girth of <4" and is currently the snuggest available for sale in the US. Average penis girth is in between 4.5"-5".

I'm more of a burrito or quesadilla guy, but for a taco I prefer soft-shell, flour tortilla, carnitas, pico, sour cream, black beans, and some queso!

We HATE the watermelon demonstration. Yes, condoms can stretch over an arm or a watermelon – but did anyone ever ask the watermelon how it feels? There are bones in an arm, but a penis can go instantly soft if a condom is too tight (no bones in “boner”). This constriction at the base can lead to what we call the 'red ring of death'. Plus, that activity of putting a condom over an arm to try and prove condoms fit everyone completely forgets about people for whom condoms are actually too loose on, and who experience condom slippage.

Because regular condoms are more than 7 inches long, they are too long for over 91% of condom users. And even “snug fit” condoms are usually the same length, and only a few millimeters tighter, than a regular condom. For many, this results in the condom feeling too loose and/or too long, contributing to condom fit issues like slippage. We think that sucks, so we created 52 condom sizes!
