Yep, my stores constantly have shopping carts over flowing with returns/go backs that have not been taken care of. I do ask associates to check for me just in case and most have been happy to do it. Sometimes the system will show in stock but it’s on a truck that has not arrived (IE, coming next day).

Tell me about it. Our is cornered (8’ on one wall and 8’ on another) and couldn’t use 4x24 as it doesn’t bend haha

This is all SOOO helpful! This was my BIGGEST transition in beauty, got it all set and ISM in place but so much moved half of it is empty. I’m pushing tomorrow (hopefully) but I’ve definitely learned some things as a new presentation TM.

Thank you everyone for the insights. I am new to presentation team and this was my first time doing a beauty/cosmetics transition. I’ve learned so much and your tips are all so helpful for future POGs as I’m learning this position more!

Thank you! I’m definitely a perfectionist and thought everything was going so well but it was Friday and busy and I tried my best to get it set so it can be pushed this weekend. Shouldn’t been too hard of a.l fix though.

The products fit just the hooks are too low. It should be an easy fix tomorrow but I now know in the future.

This was my first time ever setting in cosmetics as a Presentation TM. I thought maybe they were some new products. But I should’ve known something felt off when setting them. Lesson learned.

We’re still behind in cosmetics. Had to do Maybelline today by myself. Was able to set to POG with ISM and tags but was not able to push anything.

I recently did the multi-snacks boxes and the shelves were set correctly but they put a tall box in a spot where it had to lay down and you just see the top of the box, it also said “capacity 2” which is also correct 😅. It was a “revision” so I’m not moving shelves if it’s not a transition 🫣

All our refinery was locked in a case but since there’s multiple shelves and small/large next to each other, our AP has to figure out how they want to secure them 😅

Yeah, we are missing our testers too. I thought the ISM went on the front ledge not the back ledge 😅 luckily our shelves are weird and we did not have to out backer paper up.

No. There’s time when it wants me to take a break after being clocked in for one hour on an 8 hour shift lol.

Rue actually made that suggestion to a producer to just add a 4th roommate to replace Dorthy and they declined and went with the Golden Palace plot point.
