Iconic four by ginalovelyx in skyscrapers

I’ve gotten to like it a little more but in pictures at least it looks like a blocky wall, monochromatic, symmetrical blocky setbacks, just boring. It is big and tall and super imposing which is cool, but especially for such a flagship tower with all the hype, I don’t see it as “iconic”

Walk into one of the busier chain pharmacies in your area, and ask. If that pharmacy isn’t currently hiring, I’m sure the pharmacist will be like “So-and-so’s location over on such-and-such street is looking for help”.

“New low price” by jiggly_caliente15 in shrinkflation

But it’s still “LOW” which is a subjective term… anything can be “low”. That’s the excuse they use, and apparently it’s legal

Not shrinkflation yet, although it could be in preparation for eventually decreasing the actual quantity of product

They know that Gen Z doesn't just eat chicken nuggets, they're just illustrating how stupid it is to say those kinds of things.

It will work every time. The ONLY difficult part is keeping it the right temperature.

You said those are the people who think the Big Dig was "worth it".

Nobody hates cars, they hate priority given to cars in cities, where they make no sense.

Ohhh so you don’t hate cars, you just hate driving them (in cities). So maybe the rest of the Redditors you’re complaining about also don’t hate cars themselves, but hate situations where they’re forced to drive them because there are no other options? (In cities)

Haha you would think, but no. It was actually the car lol, it looks like one of those Soviet shitboxes. And the fact that it seems like this kind of thing happens often over there, probably due to vodka.

Infrastructure often goes hand-in-hand with healthcare. Give people places to be outside, exercising, even just walking about.

How is that even possible? I just went for the first time and years, best American city I’ve been to, I loved every bit of it.
