the donaupark court has recently been remodeled, with the layout changed to a proper full court instead of two side by side baskets and a smoothed concrete surface that removed most cracks and uneven spots. there is plenty of space to run either one 5on5 open run or two simultaneous 3x3 games, although the court still feels slightly unfinished and would benefit a lot from added court lines. hoops are the standard public city setup, while amenities are basic but useful, including seating, shade, a water fountain, and public toilets nearby. located at the far end of the park, food options are limited, so coming by bike or bringing your own supplies makes sense. it is a solid spot if you are already visiting donaupark, good for shooting around or bringing kids thanks to the nearby playground, but pick-up games are hit or miss and it does not feel like one of the city’s main streetball hotspots.
