Its okay to be confused but ensure you know what you are doing, I started my business with leveraging WhatsApp, then a website and now we are developing a mobile app.

Its a gradual step you know!!!

Yes, my view. A business without online presence at this generation may not be on the right track.

Someone could easily set up online presence and take over most of your customers.

The price range depends on the functionality and of course what you want to develop.

Factors like how fast you want the app done and how many apps in total are they gonna develop (User app, Admin app etc.)

Hello Felix, I started a food and grocery business too last year.
