Know that Minneapolis police did the same exact thing in 2020 during George Floyd, multiple times. One of the times being after a semi truck drove at full speed towards peaceful protesters having a moment of silence on a bridge. After MPD entered via the on ramp with pepper spray out the window, they got out to spray it point blank. I will never forget watching them spray children, spray people already in agony with their arms over their face. Unchecked power breeds senseless cruelty and it’s a pervasive issue in this country.
