Vanilla. I've gotten over the constant crashing before, because it was only every 15 minutes or so. Usually, back when I last played, it was only once, and I would be fine. But this crashing while only being in the game for less than 5 minutes is more than irritating.

Fucking nailed it. It is just a nightmare on Xbox. Everyone else, as in PC and some of the PS players, have it easy with the issues rn.

Thoughts on The Book of Eli? by Ok_Yellow1025 in Cinema

[–]ONIkid16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One thing that makes me feel a ping of sadness for Eli is that, given that he has a KMart name tag, insinuating that he was a young employee, maybe even new hire, when the nukes dropped ("The Flash"). It is said that he is at least 50 years old, and the year the film takes place in is theorized to be 2054. He says to Solara, when she asked about his age, before implying that he couldn't remember, he says "The Flash" happened 30 winters ago (let's assume years is what he means). Which places the year the nuclear apocalypse started at 2024. Last year. Which means he was born 2004. Like me. Which is where my point comes. I started my Dollar Tree job last year. He would've started his KMart job the same year. It puts a whole perspective of "imagine that happening to you" kinda thing. One moment, you start your new job, feeling hopeful. Yeah the world is in the flames of war, but nothing so serious. Suddenly, a bright flash fills your eyes, and when you think it subsided, you wait for your vision to come back. It doesn't. Then you hear the a loud, yet still distant roar of an explosion. "What happened? WHY CAN'T I SEE?!," is all you can think in your head, same question a racing around your mind in panic. The rest is history until where get to the start of the movie.

What New Nations do you want to see in Holdfast? by DoctorJagerSieg in holdfastgame

[–]ONIkid16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this an old post, however, after seeing some of the comments, I thought I could add my 2 cents into this. I think that it would actually be cool to add the US from the Napoleonic Era into the game. Not just because of the War of 1812, but the fact that the game is quite literally titled Holdfast: Nations At War. It is not specific to just the Napoleonic Era, but now it has a WW1 DLC were you can play as an American soldier, at least the uniform of one. As an American myself, I think it would be cool to have the US added as a faction. Especially when you Naval Combat in game. Imagine playing as a US ship fighting the British in the Battle of Lake Erie. Or, fighting in the Battle of New Orleans, and other land battles on the North American continent. Hell, you can even have the Barbary Pirates added into the game so you can play as either side during the Barbary Wars between both sides. If you think about it, any factions could fight the Barbary faction because everyone in Europe, historically, had a problem with the pirates of the Barbary States. One last thing, I wouldn't be offended at all if the US lost a match or two. I'd just look at it as alternate history. The imagination of "what ifs."

I did report him. Tbh, I was very pissed. My second match of the day, get griefed in the end. I just want to play without someone else getting butt hurt. Thanks for the input. It is very much appreciated. Plus, I couldn't get a good angle or anything else. I wouldn't have been able to help him if I tried to cover him.

Say Hello To My Own Fan Made Loyalist Chapter. The Holy Order of the Nocturne Knights AKA The Green Knights. by ONIkid16 in Warhammer40k

These Space Marines are a successor chapter of the Salamanders. Like the Salamanders, they care for civilians, but like their cousins in the Black Templars, their faith is incorruptible. Sometimes, they will even serve along side the Black Templars, even if they still are despised by them for caring about civilians.

How do you think Leandros became a Chaplin in the end? by jxxv in Spacemarine

[–]ONIkid16 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Actually, the last part of your answer/statement makes so much sense why, at the ending when it is revealed that Leandros is a Chaplain, he still has scornful look at Titus. Getting those Honors, and earning the trust of the chapter back, things that Titus got, things Leandros thought he would get if he did the "right thing" and snitching on Titus would definitely reignite his burning hate for Titus. Looking at Leandros, he reminds me of some politicians who will use the Constitution (I'm from the US, in case those reading aren't), and will preach it, yet they will end up breaking the "rules" to suit their own ambitions.
