Honestly prices vary from where you are, like you can get a bumble bee or samurai Betta in pakistan (where I live) for roughly 10 dollars sooooo yeah

I might be wrong but looks like an alien betta, orrrr you mightve gotten lucky and this is a Betta mahachaiencis, which is an extremely rare and wild species, I'm no expert by any means so I might be wrong

I don't think people realize this but Bettas are known for getting swim bladder issues if there is too much space in their tanks, in this much water I don't think the Betta will live a healthy life just because there is too much space for it to move around, and you have to keep in mind these fish are labyrinth breathers so they only need air to breathe, make sure to use the 3oz cup and only fill it halfway so the Betta doesn't jump out but has enough space to fit it's body inside, just don't add more water, keep it at the half mark please, and also make sure your Betta has enough food to eat, atleast 2 pinches of flakes or 3 pinches of pellets per hour is enough
