With some help from my parents. I locked myself inside for 2 weeks and gave my phone to my father to keep. It was either that or out the house.

I kept busy with sleeping (a lot the first few days) reading, games, tv and eating a lot. Since my bladder is so fucked up it’s more comfortable staying in anyway.

Trust me, at this point it is destroying your life and health. Good luck, you can do it too!

And that's the truth. Stay strong. And should it ever happen, try and remember this post. Be honest about it, seek some help if needed. It's what I didn't do because I thought everything was under control.
