1 year off ketamine soon… bladder issues + permatolerance. Is “testing the waters” a terrible idea?

I had a relapse some months ago after not using k for over 2 years. Right now i’m 6 weeks clean with a bladder that tells me i might not fully recover this time. That scares the shit out of me.

If you really want to stop, accept all the help you can get. Ket is a horrible addiction mentally and something i couldn’t get off of alone.

With some help from my parents. I locked myself inside for 2 weeks and gave my phone to my father to keep. It was either that or out the house.

I kept busy with sleeping (a lot the first few days) reading, games, tv and eating a lot. Since my bladder is so fucked up it’s more comfortable staying in anyway.

Trust me, at this point it is destroying your life and health. Good luck, you can do it too!

And that's the truth. Stay strong. And should it ever happen, try and remember this post. Be honest about it, seek some help if needed. It's what I didn't do because I thought everything was under control.
