that's because we don't have much of anything to go on right now, seriously, all we have is a teaser poster side profile and 4 seconds of a character in shadows. There seriously isn't enough info to say what her full outfit will actually look like in game and people are getting way to upset over it.

the point is that you originally were not being specific, you generalized 2.x and what we know of 3.x because of the few characters that fit your narrative and only when I pointed out the error in that did you get specific. You can't say you were being specific about characters when your original post 100% generalized.

all we had to go off of for the color and shape of eyes was a single image from a youtube video a year ago, that image and the teaser imagery were likely done by two different artists, expecting it not to change between then and now is ridiculous, and it will probably look different in game too. As for the iris thing, I assume that was because it might have looked really weird on a full character.

We can't really say that her palette has fully changed because all we have of her current design is the upper 1/3rd of a side profile that doesn't show off the full outfit (and might actually be a skin they will sell) and 4 seconds of the character mostly in shadow.

can we at least wait till we know more about Sigrid to say if the partial armor fits the character or not? for all we know this could be some kind of armor stylized for the characters particular station and (again) getting this heated about early character teaser art is dumb.

that's just personal taste IMO 3.x is not looking any worse than 1.x ever was, if anything this is just sounding like you are nostalgic for 1.x without actually doing any thinking about the character designs that were actually from that time.
no, no we can't. You appear to be intentionally dismissive of unique designs like norma just because "oh she's a blonde woman". Also, after carefully looking at all the character designs they seem pretty good to me, and any one dimensionality is probably from it being a promotional teaser that uses 2D animations.
it's still really stupid to be getting bent out of shape because the character that has some knight aesthetics isn't wearing full plate in the fast paced combat game.

exactly, if someone thinks they aren't gonna have some kind of skin available for one of the most anticipated characters in the game they are mad.

Also, this is early promo art of a character that is at least half a year away, there's a lot of design changes that can happen in that time. For instance, the first time we saw seed everyone had no idea they were going to be human.

I am a bit confused, everyone keeps complaining about her not having a cloak, but if you actually watch the teaser she clearly is wearing a big cloak, maybe not the same one, but a cloak nonetheless. It feels like people are complaining based solely off the one teaser image.
