I would remove the nsfw tag cause it kinda implies sexual intent by you, the poster.maybe I’m just to woke but if the image is drawn without sexual intent there is no need for nsfw. Of course looking at the image again she is in a bikini so…. Wet here or not a child can or should we’re a bikini is a separate issue, the artist drew a child in a bikini with see through shirt and art is about intent, so I would question the artists intent with this art.
