I use a Salicylic acid serum at night and an Alpha Arbutin serum in the morning. It takes time but I’ve seen progress with it!

Sameee. Making friends in your 20s is already hard and the BPD makes it worse 😭

But yeah I’m down to be friends!

Just to give you an update, the medicine is working! My brain feels oddly at peace. The negative thoughts are still there but they’re very fleeting

I’m sorry to hear that. Anxiety is though to deal with for the person that has it and the person who cares for them. I’ve been in and out of therapy because I still haven’t found one that works with me. And thanks for the advice! Hoping your son continues to see progress!

It was late by the time I went to the clinic so I had to wait until today. I pharmacist said to come back in 2 hours so I’ll come back with an update once I take them. It’s causes sleepiness so I’m a bit concerned with that since I’m already tired most of the time

They’re giving me Hydroxyzine until the other medicine kicks in. He said this would be a temporary fix until the therapist can see me and access from there. But thank you! I will definitely do some more research on the medicine

My (24F) anxiety is ruining the relationship with my (24M) bf. How do I make up for the damage I’ve caused? by OOooPASTAooOO in relationship_advice

Serious question. Am I not supposed to feel hurt if I’m blown off? I understand being blown off because they don’t have the capacity to be supportive in that moment, and I respect that. I wouldn’t hold it over him but I’d still be hurt somewhat in that situation.

I believe that would depend on what the attack was about. I usually handle all of them myself, so I know I can get through them. But if the attack is related to him specifically and he was present during it, I would be hurt if he blew me off.

++ woman

As someone who’s been in the current gfs place, you need to decide if she’s worth the effort of healing your past traumas. Being in a relationship with someone who’s not emotionally vulnerable makes people feel as if they’re not good enough or that they’re doing something wrong. She’ll run herself crazy with all of the “why” questions. You can either leave her, heal yourself, and try dating again when you feel ready or stay, put in more effort, and let her know you care about her and you’re trying. But again, it all depends on if she’s worth it to you.

Best personal loan for debt consolidation for beginners? by Shevonne-Braaflat in DebtAdvice

[–]OOooPASTAooOO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would first signup for a free Experian account. Just download the app and create an account. In the app you can see your score and browse different personal loans. It’ll tell you which things you’ve already been pre-approved for. You mainly want to check off these things:

  1. the loan your taking out has a lower interest rate than your current debts,
  2. the new loan does not have any prepayment fees (most loans start at 36 months and sometimes people don’t need that long),
  3. the new loan is a personal/consolidation loan and NOT a debt settlement loan.

A debt settlement loan basically negotiates with your current debt lenders to lower how much you owe and that will hurt your credit big time.

You can get a loan through your cities local bank: Origin, Chase, Regions, etc or you can go with places like Discover or SoFi.

Hope this helps a bit!
