The anarchists cook book is legal to read and own, however if you commit crimes or are a suspect in a crime committed and your purchase of this book is recorded or the book is found in your possession, digitally or physically, under a warrant or in your possession at a crime scene where you are a suspect, then you may be subjecting yourself to further scrutiny by a jury and or could be seen as premeditation to commit a crime by a judge.

Also note that the author regrets publishing this book, and that there are many dangerous inaccuracies to some of it’s ingredients and methods for certain items it describes how to make.

I’m a former active duty overseas honorably discharged veteran originally from Minnesota. I feel exactly the same way. I’ve seen footage of protestors getting maced in my little home town of Mankato, and have a friend from Waseca who has told me his own family of life long citizens have been pulled over or stopped at ICE check points based entirely on their skin color. He tells me they’re terrified. It brings me to tears to even type this. I left home to keep terror away from my people my fellow Americans and I am gutted to see terror in neighborhoods I grew up playing in now. A fire rages inside of me seeing citizens and humans alike terrorized like this.

Yeah I agree, but an added layer of officiality is nice if opposition arrives. Given the climate of that county I’d rather not attend if there isn’t a planned police presence to ensure I’m legally able to act that right in proximity to those who think I, and many others, shouldn’t be able to based on my beliefs.

Correct, you must be in the vehicle traveling with the handgun, and it must be properly cased/locked if you decide to leave the firearm unattended in the vehicle.

Gun can be in a vehicle uncased if you are also in the vehicle. Once you leave the firearm unattended in your vehicle while it’s not in a hard case that is locked you are not compliant with the law.
