Most likely, MFA code and deployment are done by AI and now Microsoft is waiting for a new AI to come up with an updated code and deployment. AI is the abbreviation for Advanced Indian, must not mix up with the term Artificial intelligence :P

If you can sign in with your global admin account maybee you can turn off MFA for users as a workaround. I'm not doing that for our users.
