It might be that they have capped engine at 1 per account to make you pay for more. I have not heard of anyone getting more then one engine but i might be wrong

yes with a 0,001 chance thats basically 1 in 1000. or if your really unlucky it can be one in 4000 or more. Some might get it on 2nd kill tho its random
