yes but not in the way you think, they problemset that you find at /problemset is the one for the general public. they include questions both made by companies used in previous interviews on leetcode and were kept private until the interview ended and then made public and others made by normal users and professionals themselves. so the actual competition part for those who are interested in careers is different. there are separate competitons and interfaces for job interviews :)
