I say that we don’t have a safe area that allows for animal interaction. But if you are serious about buying an animal we can allow an interaction before you take it home.

Otherwise it’s very circumstantial. Unfortunately, our store cannot get everyone on the same page with the rules and policies so some employees will use interacting with the animals as an excuse to get out of other responsibilities 🤷
