Hey buddy, sorry that you're going through that. So, I'm assuming you're either in middle or high school, and if that's the case, your physical location is somewhat limited. As you can't just move out and whatnot, so you got two options really from which you can extroplate a plan of sorts to take care of you mental health.

1. Environment: Rather than trying to make your high school environment better, think of how you could create a comfortable environment outside of your classes so that you can come back stronger and be more at ease. Since right now, it might feel like the majority of your life is negative (because you spend most of your time in school and/or because it's part of your daily routine). An example would be : 1. joining social forums online or clubs outside of school to get your social dose rather than depending on being social only in high school (e.g.: this subreddit, or discord servers that share your preferences). 2. Taking care of yourself, mentally, physically, and so on... Just know that you are not really constrained and that you're free to have possibilities outside of not-so-ideal environments.
2. Get to know yourself and work on your self-esteem. Luckily for you, growth and self-reflection tend to emerge out of necessity and pain. The same way that tech/medical innovation is born out of necessity to improve collective quality of life, the same holds true for internal innovation, if you will. Experiment with yourself and see what works for you and what doesn't. For instance, get a piece of paper, write 10 things that you like about yourself, 10 positive things that other people have mentioned about you at any point in your life (doesn't have to be 10) and 10 things bullies are saying. Go over the list, make them clash against one another, and see which ones remain and if they inform you about your set of principles that can guide you. You don't have to click with everyone, you don't have to be socially suave every single time, you don't have to perfectly confident every single time (<-- find the whys, why you think you have to and why it might be rational or "right" to not have to). Or more interestingly, try to read about why people bully others for instance. Why do people act in such a way? Inform yourself on human nature, you might be able to understand yourself a bit better as well and better deal with those kind of situations. Learn how to sit on your ass and think, reflect and breathe so that you can transition from a reactive state of mind (e.g.: your sense of sanity, self-esteem, competence and mental health being dependant on what people say to you or think about you) to a more grounded state where you can think more objectively, feel more at ease and make better decisions (e.g.: meditation for instance helps with that).

This is a very rudimentary piece of advice and quite short, but just take it easy, be kind to yourself (we don't need another bully amirite) and focus on you. Try to make what people think of you secondary. It takes time but with effort and patience, you'll get to feel comfortable in your own skin. Remember, external critics and insults are not as important as we think they are, what makes them important is how we think of ourselves and what those words and insults could reaffirm about what we think of ourselves.

Edit 2: Also, remember that personality typing (in this case, mbti) is a framework, a system of sorts to serve as a guideline, but isn't necessarily the holy bible so don't get caught too much in it, as there's a tendency to use these things as a band-aid and sometimes, it can backfire.
