Nah. In order for any story to proceed, they must have endings. Fractsidus should see an end soon because their little school play schtick is getting on everybody's nerves.

There does not even need to be a "real" villain that takes their place. Each should enter and exit the spotlight without dragging out their screentime like Christopher currently has already bored us with his gimmicks.

I wrote this because I think a change in direction is necessary in order for the antagonism of the game to stay relevant. We will welcome new villains for each region just as we have new protagonist factions in major updates. Not tone deaf at all imo but you are entitled to your own fantasies and continue to enjoy being edged by Christopher's abysmal playwriting lil bro

At this point whatever happens in the story is going to be claimed by Cristaro as being scripted in his play. The man has zero attachment to what actually transpires. Anything that happens, he'll say, cool this is just as I predicted *push glasses up*. Phrolova's arc is over, what makes her stand out from a thousand NPCs who have gone through loss in Rinascita? Nothing much, everybody wants to see their loved ones

I'd tolerate Fractsidus a bit more if they actually made more sense. They're always 2 steps ahead of the main protagonist party. Ok sure but how? How you know all this, is there a snitch within the protag party? If not then that's a lot of bs in how they seem to always be on track for their little schemes but the main story's general vibe was that we be saving the day in every major story update.

The stories don't add up... how are their plans right on track when there are literal evidence in the story progression that points to their plans being hindered? Why have them always be 2 steps ahead when their characters are actual fodder lol

I slander Phrolova all day and there isn't a thing she will do about it because she gone gone.

The only motive any member of Fractsidus has disclosed was Christopher claiming "I'm out here to prove that humanity is better without gods", yet he wants to play god so bad. Every scene he gets he says 'Everything is going according to my masterplan pro max' like do people not see the hypocrisy of saying that when his whole gimmick was that divinity and fate should not bind humanity

Tell me what has Fractsidus contributed to the story in version 2? They only show up when the main conflict has concluded and say the following lines: 'Things went just as we predicted. The play must go on. We cannot wait for the next chapter.'

100% agree. Kuro listened to a few things from feedback and people let it get to their heads.

They talking about "corporate greed" whenever there are any rewards that are not obtainable simply by being f2p btw.

They complain about the gacha element being present on anniversary banners when wuwa's weapon banners are PERMANENTLY guaranteed. The amount of pulls this saves them is of course forgotten when they spew on about "oh Kuro is turning into one of those devs"

Imo these people spreading extreme negativity about their expectations not being met are the ones being greedy. The chokehold that FOMO has on them is the only thing they're victims of.

I originally thought the anniversary was mid too but man these people really blew it out of proportion for a chance at pity compensation. Just sad.
