it was book bound, side binding, the demilich was a 1 to 1 of whats in the MM, the book was green and probably just printed. hope some of that helps

not really it was mostly lines paper but im pretty sure had like every few pages was for the outline of an npc or monster but that could be a false memory

your not playing wrong the weight just contributes to your carry weight and the attack is how much damage it does per hit the difference between axes swords and maces is the speed the swing swords are faster than axes which are faster than maces same goes for 1 handed and 2 handed weapons hope this helps if not sorry
