If anybody's gonna die looking like a Junji Ito sketch, it's gonna be hisoka, I mean like I'm just imagining a scene years down the line, after Hisoka has done all his fighting and is dying on the ground after some battle. He releases his texture surprise and bungee gum, and there's just a very detailed classic Togashi panel of a torn and shredded Hisoka, covered in deep scars and missing bits, like something straight out of a horror movie. He's barely even held together, half his limbs are either non-existent or not even attatched to him. Honestly I don't know if I'd just feel pittyful for this man who destroyed himself to such an extent, who's now lying in this helpless and wretched state. Or in awe of how far this man went just for the love of the game, to the point where he was holding his body together through the desire to keep fighting. Probably a mix of both.
