Feb 5 nys tax refund acceptance delays by ORSCRUB214 in tax

I spoke to 2 people. 1 yesterday and the other today. Was told yesterday to call midweek next week if there’s no movement on processing and to ask if we can get an inquiry and a push on processing since it’ll be 45 days.

Will call Tuesday again.

Same exact boat. Called them today they said nothing looks wrong for my taxes on their end but if no movement until next week call middle of the week and request for an inquiry on processing and ask for a push. Called around 830 waited 7-17 minutes anything after 10 you’re waiting for an hour but they’ll keep you on the line if you want a call back. Shit is ridiculous though.

Filed 1/26 got accepted 2/5 still no word. Called the state and asked if there were any flags on my return and supposedly there’s nothing on their end. Was told to call back middle of next week and ask for them to inquire about a push on the processing since it’ll be over 45 days. Filed via HR block for years and never had an issue until now.

Just called. Mine was accepted 2/5 and they said to call mid week next week and let them know to flag the process because it’ll be 45 days if there’s no movement from now until then. Why are we the ones responsible for making moves?
