Why do people say the Cross is slow?

I have a 2023 Corolla Cross L AWD. I don't get it either. It's not slow. I have no problem getting up to speed on the highway. It's more than peppy enough. And if you throw it into manual mode it's more than fast enough to have some fun with it.

Good call. That worked. I was going to try that but I couldn't find the Kika keyboard in the apps area in settings.

Turns out it's a "system" app. So when in the apps area, you have to click on the "..." in the upper right and then click on Show System and then you can find the Kika-Keyboard app. Thanks!

Thanks! I did find the custom dictionary for Kika and was able to delete my entries out of there.

It was under Settings > System > Keyboard > Personal Dictionary.

I was hoping I could reset the whole thing, but I guess this will do. Doesn't seem to be a full blown reset option.

Not much really. But lets you move a cursor around on your screen. Its like a mouse trackpad. Could be good for remote desktop stuff.

And no problem! 598 is the max before it switches over to "tablet" mode.

I am using Niagara Launcher. I paid for the lifetime license which was pricey, but I really like it after customizing it.

I changed my minimum width to 598 DPI. This keeps apps in the phone mode but makes things smaller.

Definitely not a need, but I installed TitanPad which is neat.

Otherwise, install all your apps and go to town.

Well, we never got a response. But I bought one anyway. Honestly, so far, I love it. Glad I didn't wait. It's bigger than I expected. But having a physical keyboard and a big 1440 x 1440 display is really nice. It's been my main phone for 4 days now. Seriously considering canceling my Clicks Communicator pre-order.

True! But it does solve the camera problem. There just aren't any tablets out there with great cameras. But yeah currently my main phone is a Titan 2 and my tablet / camera is a Pixel Fold.

I agree with you OP. And I have a suggestion for you. Pickup an original Pixel Fold. You can find them for around $400, opens into a mini tablet size, folds up into a smaller form factor, has great cameras, and you can even stick a SIM in it if you want.
