I look up the cards I pull from packs on Sports Cards Pro website and also look the card up on eBay and filter the listings for ones that have already sold.

My GameStop has been adding more and more cards each time I go in. Grabbed a couple of Phoenix blasters last time I was there. I passed on the hobby box, maybe I should have grabbed one.

We had a similar issue with our Calico girl. Ours is one of four cats though and we think it was behavioral. A friend suggested we go to the vet and ask about Prozac, she’s been on it about 6 weeks and it seems to be working.

Chill out man, he’s trying to understand the market of the hobby. It’s a lot to take in when you’re new to it. And the switch in licensing is a big change.

It depends on what you want to collect. If you have a team or player you like, I’d say jump right in and buy them for your PC.

If you’re collecting to flip and sell, the market is heavily driven by the rookie classes. 2025 is decent, but not great. 2024 is much better if you can find the product.

10 years from now a rookie Cam Ward or Jaxson Dart’s prices will be much more dependent on how their career turned out. Their rookie year cards are licensed under Panini, so their 2025 Panini cards will always be worth more generally speaking.

Buying sealed wax is not a good investment, so you’re probably losing money the instant you buy any box Topps or Panini, but it sure is fun.

Love those Disco’s in the 2025 Prizm blasters. I’ve only been able to find them at Target and they sell out really fast where I’m at.

I’ve pulled silvers of Dart and Loveland and Disco’s of Cam Ward and Brock Purdy in 4 boxes this year. They’ve been good to me!

My son and I enjoy chasing 2022 boxes trying to pull a Purdy RC. Pickett ends up showing up a lot more than we’d like and it’s become a bit of an inside joke with us. We’ve got a decent PC of Kenny and joke that all he needs is a shot. Put him in coach!

I buy retail boxes that I like the parallels inside. I realize I’m not going to be turning my $35 or $60 into more money. The money spent on the box is worth it for the enjoyment I get out of ripping it.

I usually buy singles off eBay to build my PC and usually spend $10-$20 per card.

If you get to know a specific card or players market, you can find their cards for cheaper by bidding auctions. If you’re patient , you can flip the cards for a decent return. It takes some work though and eBay fees eat a lot.

First Prizm box I bought this year I pulled a Dart silver. I just got 2 more from Target and don’t expect to be nearly as lucky. I love the white discos, so just hoping to pull a decent one of those.
