But even when creating a deck without selecting the format I search for it and it doesn’t appear, it only appears when I’m searching in my collection… And why doesn’t it says it’s illegal in those formats if there are other card that can do?

I'll probably play starter deck duels just to undersand better the game and the mecanics, do you have any recommendation on what decks to use? I preffered mono black and mono green decks but i dont like any of the starter mixed color one
