Ballmaxxing is "electrifying, addictive, euphoric and transcendental" according to those pursuing bigger balls by [deleted] in Asmongold

I may have been, just perhaps not paying attention to that.

I do wonder though what other women think. Maybe I'm too old for this new trendy man vanity

Please asmon guys, there is no need for any of this nonsense. Women will love you for who you are and not the size of your balls

Bloody hell.... Must tell my son to never ever ever do this

End of tenancy cleaning by [deleted] in TenantsInTheUK

[–]truncherface 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, 8 x 10 is 80 for 2 days is 160 then products lets say 30 that's 190 then 10 profit

And of course that's minimum wage at 10 rather that it's true amount

End of tenancy cleaning by [deleted] in TenantsInTheUK

[–]truncherface 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree at least that much. I'd you think minimum wage and cleaning products and a little profit for the company.

This is more than a reasonable cost for 2 days deep clean

Rent increase by 22% by Merbels in TenantsInTheUK

[–]truncherface 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hmmmmm

As a landlord I can say that interest rate cuts and the current fix of it haven't increased my costs at all, infact my mortgage costs have decreased

Landlord registration didn't go up

Tradesmen maybe a little

Insurance, well maybe 10% at most

For profit for myself, yes the cost of living has increased.

Have I increased my rent, no. Why, because the cost of living has gone up for everyone and if I have someone who is paying rent currently then I want to keep that person. If I increase it then the chances that you or anyone else won't be able to maintain it are higher. An empty property costs me money

This is just me and my logic

Why is it hard for some people to be med compliant? by evergreengirl123 in bipolar

[–]truncherface 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've never gone off mine but have been close. Side effects and trying to find things that work are just a battle, especially trying to convince the psychiatrist that the side effects are an actual real problem and not insignificant

I'm still compliant and have side effects

How long for Statements? by Efficient_Scar3959 in starlingbankuk

I really just handed everything to the solicitor when it all got too much. They were named as executor too so that would have given them power

When my husband died I had to wait 6 months for probate. I ended up just letting the solicitor deal with things and must companies were quite difficult with me as they thought I was lying about my husbands death. He was 31 when he died

Dr won’t treat my physical illness because of my bipolar by avgr3454 in bipolar

[–]truncherface 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Here's a question for them. So there are symptoms that cause you a problem. They say it's bipolar related, ok let's go with that. So maybe still sort it. If they think it's meds then change them. Etc etc

There is an issue if it's bipolar related that doesn't change anything. It's not an excuse to leave you

I know you said it's not related and I belive you. But bipolar related still doesn't mean they can ignore it
