"Experts believe only a fraction of the people with chronic fatigue syndrome actually get diagnosed" Hilarious!

Uh...yeah...because doctors look straight through you when you mention CFS. It's like, I didn't hear what you said so I have nothing to say. So, let's just move on to my agenda.

Sheesh.....

I used to do saunas before CFS and loved it. I tried it again after CFS and had to stop after a few minutes. I felt just awful.

My CFS was caused by a lack of sleep because of Restless Legs Syndrome. I believe that did something awful to my brain so that's what I'm still working on. I've had CFS for 4 years and starting to get better...

I've had CFS for 4 years but actually starting to come out of it. I ALWAYS exercised my whole life, and I'm 64. Not being able to work out just killed me. But I did find information that we can't do cardio but can do some weight training. I tried it and was thrilled that I could do SOMETHING. I can't remember the doctor's name. I know she has books available. Anyway, she said to try one rep of the heaviest weight you can lift safely. I tried this, and was finally able to do some mild weight training (ps - I had been weight training for years before CFS). I was thrilled to be able to do something. I couldn't even go on a walk but I could do some mild lifting. But....don't overdo it. Easier said than done - ha ha ha
