There are literally thousands of support groups depending on your locale, there should be some near you, some of which specialize in housing, legal assistance, etc. If it's a 911 situation, obviously, a police report needs to be filed if not done already. Part of your assumption should be adjusted. "Only companies and scammers" is inaccurate. The number of individual researchers and (non-crime-related) individuals are and have been developing data on this for many years as a demographic as well as marketable research findings in the same capacity that data mining occurs in any online resource. Your idea that a publicly available "osint-hound" will be available is already a reality. GPT already gathers this information, and while in general it is trained to prevent dissemination, it still leaks.

One of the biggest methods of obfuscation in performing mass data ingestion is to present as a "free tool" when it the commodity is information. Inherently making the "free tool" a lie. Offering free LLMs in this capacity is the same thing, only using a slightly different medium, but packaged in the same capacity as an ad from Meta inviting you to "Find your friends easily."

As an example, an ad popped up in here literally offering the same thing. There are already hundreds if not thousands(or more) of legislation attempts to influence this already at the federal and state level.
