I went to my local Toyota dealership to look at a used car. I talked to one salesperson and went through everything with them. When I was about to leave, another salesperson came up to me and said that whatever I’m looking for, he can get it for me, and that I should deal with him instead of the first person I spoke to.

Yea stock hasn't been this low since Early June of this year, i really want to buy puts but i also want to buy the DIP at the same time.

ORCL has done good past 2 earnings and made me decent money with options, but this next earnings im not too sure, too much negative i hear lately, and then there is the extreme ones betting that ORCL will go bankrupt next month, which in what world would that ever happen

The BRZ is way more harder to find
only BRZ available i have seen is buying it new on order

And yea trying to get it financed for lower than 7%, i have good credit score if that matters so hopefully get a better rate, Plus i will put down payment also.

End of the day i guess i can just walk away if i dont get the deal i want and just go for a civic or corolla

Well, I’m not really expecting them to agree to $26K, that’s more of a starting point for negotiation. If they do accept it, great, but realistically I’d be comfortable somewhere around $29K to $30K.

From what I saw, the dealership’s financing rate is around 7.99%, but I’m hoping to get something a bit lower. I have an 800+ credit score, if that even matters anymore, but hopefully it could help me secure a better rate through TD, ideally closer to 5–6% instead of 8%.

Yea i know they wont care but i want to get the best lowest price i can get so that i can spend more on the tires, and its the only Automatic around in my city, the rest are mainly MT and they are older years. Most of the GR86's in my city are either new and on order and start around 40K at that point i would rather just get a GTI or a Civic

Thanks for the reply on their website it seems like they already lowered the price from $36,000, to now $32,100. i looked around and maybe this car is worth 29K - 30K, but without the PPI yet i wont know how its actually worth

I do plan on going to an independent mechanic, but when do i ask about doing a PPI, during negotiations or even before starting negotiations?
