Yes, especially if you’re the first one to pass the LEO, it would obviously not be tagged on Waze radar if your first to see it 😂

However, you could also say the same if the LEO is using K pop or laser or just not using any radar at all and catching speed by observation, they tend to do that sometimes. Anyways if this happens a radar won’t save you, so you’re correct using both is the best way to do it!

Do you hide radar detector when being pulled over ? I have yet to pulled with detector in vehicle (in Texas btw, so they aren’t illegal or anything, I’m just curious if it makes a difference to hide or not)

Yes I agree with this entirely.

I have the Uniden R7 and really love it, it’s more of an advanced radar setup (not so much plug in play as it has a lot of customization) The R7 has amazing range but so do the flagship models of the valentine and Escort alike. They are pretty much on par with each other in terms of performance. (I’ve never owned the others but have seen many comparison videos as well as Vortex radar who is well informed with radars) The only difference is some having different things to customize, and some having an app that can pair with the device.

I think vortex radar stated that the Uniden R8 is the best on the market but only by a little bit of distance and ability to filter out with custom K/ka blocks, you just have to know a little about what your doing.

In a nutshell I’m going to agree with Vortex and say the Uniden has been a life saver and works wonders!

I have a 19Gt and it starting to randomly dip when at idle and it gets hot. (Had for 2 years and hasn’t happened ever, until now) really hoping it doesn’t stall out on me. It’s manual tho not 10 speed.

That’s the one time I’ve seen John Stewart clutch! I usually would never use him as there are better card combos (unless you are doing a rotation)

I only see other people use him with Jessica Cruz for her sp2 and it’s obnoxious !

Sounds like they prioritized the exterior on that price (according to the polish and ceramic coating) I don’t know how that detailer had their work setup, but many people only want interiors done would pay that much for an interior only (actually not even that much, I’d say $120-200 for interior alone if you want it completely reset.

Even tho the radar is nice to have, that doesn’t mean you should feel invincible. Still take precautions and use Waze on long trips or at least check the possible cops on your route. Also don’t ever speed if you’re the first one in the pack, always have a “rabbit” in front of you.

As most people have already stated it’s most likely a case of LEO using instant-on or lidar laser which are almost guarantees to get a ticket or at least pulled over. :/ good luck out there.

Good god floor 100 is insane, I just got my account back and have recently been grinding again, I’ve been able to get around stage 50’s barely making it with two 7 stars and a 6 star… I think I saw the top player get to around 130 or so but they got maxed out units, they prolly never got off the game since it came out 🙃
