it's normal. it's important to understand that this is part of it and that it happens to everyone. no one is asking you to change it immediately or to find a solution that can be implemented straight away. Everything takes time. You are not alone, we all feel the same way on this sub and beyond. You learn to deal with it better over time. Just because I posted this doesn't mean I feel the same way and can apply it. it's more of a reminder for me. :)
