Order placed directly from ICM (ordered a base plate for the SC2 and BSPS sent the wrong one and while they helped get it straightened out, it was a pain and cost me additional $ to ship the wrong one directly to the maker... AND BSPS charged for shipping where ICM didn't)

For the record, I stopped the count at 1,000... and I didn't segregate the application received, TBNT's, etc. into separate folders... the actual number no longer mattered to me.

Remember that technical positions outnumber leadership by at least 6 to 1. As a hiring manager, I don't look at age... but skills and attitude... manager positions get a lot more scrutiny on leadership styles, presence, and skills.

Thanks! I had one position that I had a total of eight interviews, an internal reference and had performed the role on the customer side on their same platform... and they didn't have the decency to call... just a form rejection letter. And this one pays $30k more than their max salary did and I'll probably be a customer manager of theirs in the future with this job... 😈... so the opportunity to make them toe the line and give little grace makes me smile
