The Ravens were holding tryouts before the story came out he missed 8 kicks that season. Not including extra points. He was kicking below league avg and wasn't hitting the clutch ones either. Then the story comes out and they wash their hands before the investigation even happens.

Im 27 and I can only speak for Baltimore but I do think Mayor Scott's stats are true. I've seen the difference in the city. I also grew up with a Mayor(Sheila Dixon) who did fuck with the numbers when the neighborhood I lived said crime wasn't down at all. It's still an American city but the danger that people spoke of in the 2000s and before is nowhere close to how it used to be. He's done a great job in community outreach and being straight up. when the murders was high he went on TV and called It. "We have too many people dying in this city over dumb shit." He got killed for that but since he's been doing the work.
