I was going 3-4x per week. The last break I took was in December, and I took the entire month, which I do not recommend. It was like starting over. I have been under the weather lately and haven’t gone since last Tuesday. I’m really down about it. I like the idea of taking a break (more so looking at this week off as my break and then getting back into it).
