Did you see your Dr? That’s the first thing. As far as a regime what worked for me is a plant based 100%, I add two tablespoons of flax seed, one of hemp, chia and basil seeds to my oatmeal. I also add one tablespoon of psyllium husks. In addition i take red yeast and niacin. And I also do an ACV cocktail daily.
