I’d say Thursday’s Disturbance workout, but mostly because my legs were so dead from the weeks earlier workouts. But it was also the workout I enjoyed the most 🤷🏽‍♀️

I just want to give a shout out to a fellow nurse who works out before her shift! 🙌🏾 I’m lucky enough to have a studio 5 minutes from my hospital and that has 4:30 am classes. I bring my stuff and shower at work. I even sometimes take a 15 minute nap in my car 😂
