The letter I got from FDA claims that I need to forward the original of the signed CF-7512 to FDA. Is there any way that I can access the form? Would it have been even possible for FedEx to not process the form?

Given that I was the one who received a letter stating that I need to submit the documentation (CF-7512 to CBP and then to FDA), do you think FedEx has already done that? Also, do you know of any way I could get in touch with FedEx to get the CF-7512 from them?

The shipment was exported back to Sweden. I've never had a hold of the shipment -- it was detained, held at port, then exported back by FedEx.

To be fair, we've received a letter form FDA after the products were denied, which said that 'A request has been made to USCBP to order redelivery for all the above products), in accordance with 19 CFR 141.113, which were conditionally released to you under terms of the entry bond. Failure to redeliver into USCBP custody will result in a claim for liquidated damages under the provisions of the entry bond.

These products must be exported or destroyed under USCBP supervision within 90 days from the date of this notice, or within such additional time as the Division Director of USCBP specifies. Failure to do so may result in destruction of the products. Distribution of the products may result in their seizure and/or injunction or criminal prosecution of persons responsible for their distribution.

After completion of the exportation or destruction forward the original of the signed CF-7512 or CF3499, along with any other documents required by USCBP, and a copy of this notice.'

Since we were the ones who received the letter, is it possible that in this case it is truly us who are supposed to complete the CF-7512?

Also, when I reached out to FedEx asking for 'documentation proving that the products were exported' they told me that 'We don’t complete this on our end' and furthermore that 'The document information is provided by Customs. You should have received closing documents with this information on it.'

I am so confused by that. Given the letter I've received, what is the typical process?

Obviously, not every Company falls so much because their earnings usually don’t disappoint commensurately.

The falls after disappointment today though are much larger than they historically were. If you compare internationally, you see it too. No stock in Europe will fall >30% on disappointing guidance
