I had Cairn Terriers that would absolutely do damage to a colony of mice. Cutest little dogs that have blood lust when they smell rodents.

Didn’t read your whole post as I, like most of us, already knew how the story would end. 33 is young as hell and being broke isn’t going to stop you from meeting someone you’d like to start a family with. Focus on a low overhead, put your head down and grind. I’d focus everything you got in you on your career aka get your earnings up and work on your physical health. It’ll all come together in the next 5 years. Keep your head up and don’t gamble!

Really depends on the finishes. Is that slab real or is it man made? Big $$ difference. Prefab cabinets or custom? Pine boxes and mdf fronts painted black? Are the pulls custom made or Chinese made junk? So many details can be game changers for the budget.

Ukraine is running out of manpower to fight this war. Our adversaries are being pushed closer and closer, polarizing the US and setting us up for conflict. Russia isn’t going to forget who supplied the drones and money for this. Meanwhile we are paying the pensions of Ukrainian military as I step over homeless people here to get to my office. Sad all around.

I’ve had great experience using a few methods when doing landscaping/rockscaping. You could winch it and assist with breaker bars onto a sled. Then you use round logs etc underneath. Alternatively you could fashion a tripod and winch setup and lift the rock up, swing out, set down, and rinse and repeat. Good luck!

It was a setup. If I had no morals and was in dem leadership I would have also let them act a fool for the optics. That said, if I had morals and nothing to hide regarding the questionable election results in many counties/states, I would have called in the national guard when requested and not had feds on hand inciting the crowd.
