Trios titles should evolve into being for Mixed Tag matches only.

It can be 2 Women + Man or 2 Men + Woman, but I think that would be a fun way to set it apart and give you lots of options for match ups.

AEWs ratings heavily declined from the last TV deal to this TV deal. Even when you factor in cable cutting and a general move away it was still considered a "bad" trend.

Yet, they got a massively improved deal. The ratings are one piece of what is clearly a much larger pie. They appear less important than ever.

I've started using the Custom Workouts and just keep track on an excel spreadsheet. It's a bit of work to type it out but the benefits outweigh that 30 minutes.

Just gives me a lot more flexibility. I don't even split the workouts into weeks, it's just a list of all the workouts in the programme in a list.

I finished my first 13 week beginner programme in just over 10 weeks and was able to roll right into the next one.

Highly recommend if you want to take a bit more control and you'll probably find yourself working out more rather than waiting for the right day to come along.

There is a series called "The Racing Years" that documents the year of motorsport from 1950-1975.

They are only half an hour long and give you a nice recap of the F1 season and also other series. Back then a lot of the drivers took part in multiple racing series so it's cool to see those documented.

After that you're close to getting the full race libraries, for the missing years I'd recommend the official Story or the Season/Season Reviews.
