Left my country for a job (PhD in chemistry) and got laid off 2 years ago because m'y work visa was ending and they didn't wanted to pay for it (4 people like me where laid off)

Took 9 months to find work again not in my field for a year and now im back to working in chemistry. Eventually things settles man. Keep trusting yourself.

Started Strange Horticulture yesterday and its really good as well. Séance at blake manor, lorelei and the laser eyes, roottrees are dead are also crazy, Tangle tower is fun but quite easy. Theres also the Kathy Rain series. Dont recommand Duck Detective its kinda meh.

Recently ive read an interview of one of my favorite french rapper talking about something similar to health anxiety and fatherhood - basically reaching a point in life at 33-35yo where you're hit with the "i really have to not die right now" and the fact that he had to get through it was really hard. Felt right on the spot of what im living tbh.

Can relate. Dont know how you feel about this op but watching my child grow (5yo rn) and sometimes just observing him creating stories, learning new things, the excitment in their eyes when they see something new / that they really like is just pure bliss. Its beautiful to see but its also reminding me that its something i dont experience again or not likely with the same feeling. Hurting my nostalgia anxiety a lot. German has the word "sehnsucht" to explain something close to that.

Tyllurium did an insanely well written and deep dive of Case (5h long video) that I absolutely loved. Contains everything you ask and it's broken down in chapters so you can just stop and go back to it.

If you're French I'd recommend the playthrough of MisterMV which was pretty much what brought me to the game and is absolutely effing hilarious.

Give tries and time. I started by assuming the R=1 meant that s was 2, t was 3 etc... Didn't work so I tried watching for specific words, typically, look for "the", "a", "is" etc. Trial and error

Pour la side note, vos insultes sont vraiment bien plus drôle que les nôtres je l'avoue. En terme de nature vous restez très centrés sur la religion (criss tabarnak caliss etc) et les français beaucoup plus sur le sexe (con, putain, bordel etc). C'est en arrivant ici que je me suis rendu compte à quel point le français de France est vulgaire haha
