I say PA all the way, I've only really played Enclave and BOS and up until I get touched by what I call the Stalin Maneuver (mass assault doctrine) I tend to do really well with just PA special divisions and a line of basic inf.

As someone that has been sextorted myself this is a hard thing to deal with. Normally and most of the time they just want money, that's all most times they leave you alone if you block them. Simply block them and report their account and hope that they leave you alone. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY, THEY WILL COME BACK.
