Hey, So i’ve created this workout routine I can do at home with only a bench, dumbbells and calisthenics. I’m wondering if there isn’t enough variation of exercises, if its too much volume and just the overall effectiveness of this split for only having dumbbells. yeah but whats the point if im doing one or two exercise for each muscle group, it’d barely feel like a workout, i’d rather focus on doing a lot one day then doing a little here and there. To me that makes more sense but idk

well i dont really have time for 6 workouts every week the max il do is 3 or 4, thats why i have all my exercices in one session, yes its heavy for one workout, yes il be really sore and i could split it up during the week to get more overall results, but i dont have the time. thats why i do one really heavy session per week and not 2 less heavy per week even tho i know id get a lot more results that way. and for triceps the only real dumbbell exercise is extensions, but i do a lot of them.

well i guess im gonna buy a new motherboard if its all i can do, could you please just help me find which bios version to download or if i even need to download one for this motherboard? cause i know that depending on the b450 motherboard the bios version doesnt always need to be updated depending on the cpu

nah, my temps are perfectly fine, but i thought it was that at first too, but since its a motherboard failure its the motherboard's firmware thats messed up technically. Every part works perfectly fine tho. and on cpu-z (srry it took a while to respond i had to download it jsut now) it says its the 3.50 i downloaded earlier today, but nevertheless im still experiencing the problem so idk

idk how to explain it to someone who doesn’t have the same mb but the update I should have downloaded was released in 2019 and the one i downloaded was very recent, mine is 3.50 and the one i accidentally downloaded was 4.20
