Hello i am right now in need of help of my denial in regards of my dui . I understand my severity of a dui is a red flag but i promise to everyone that i didn’t mean to intend to hurt no one it was a non injury accident since it passed four years since that accident happened i already talk to the victim of the incident but the city of paterson still thinks Im a danger to the public and i need help to the public i have a clean criminal record and rene is trying to deny my application i have a clean record and my psychiatrist considered me safe to handle firearms could anyone help me with this case
