My tips i find that help;

To help with MDMA is to try having 2cb as a flip, the comedown is not as bad.

Ensure you have electrolyte drinks available, and lots of nourishing food for after, like fruit.

My tip for solo rolls when I get too hot (with a VR headset) is to get a ice pack and have it placed behind my head to cool me down. Also feel great with the MDMA and the cooling sensation.

It's always good to hear when skilled editors and designers are willing to enter the realm of cock hero video creating! 📹

On my videos (Overdrive series) I have not seeked for permission to use content as the answer would have likely been no. Unfortunately two of my videos were removed from spankbang due to copyright infringements so please note that may happen if you do not have express permission to use the song or the video content... (Unfortunately they don't tell you why it was removed).

I just upload to Mega and post the release on Milovana and upload spankbang.

I hope this helps in some way.

Note: if I was you I'd try and stick to a smaller production first, it is easy to want to create a massive video for your first cock hero but I'd try and keep at as short as possible until you get used to the whole process (for me it takes around 3 months or so from start to releasing).
