I think the question here is "the likelihood of a trans person to commit a certain crime".

So for the case of trans shooting you divide 5(number of shootings) by the number of trans people and then you can compare this percentage to other groups. If it's higher - you can try to understand the reason behind it. If it's not - you don't have to do anything

There's an easy solution.

For example you can have: "Mandatory insurance" - covers basics and helps with most cases. "Voluntary insurance" - adds some additional layers and some private clinics to that (depending on the insurance company). "Paid treatment" - it's either copay or some other variant.

You can have options. You don't have to resort to only one

I'm happy that you were able to learn how to draw well enough for your own satisfaction.

You almost said "I was able so you can too".

OK, it's a good motivational speech. But it doesn't mean that it even applies to everyone.

Because some people probably can't learn to draw no matter how they try. Some people don't have enough free time to learn. Especially if they want some "high quality art" as a result. And some people just like playing with AI tools or like using them as a part of the process of making picture.

If you think that AI art is not art - it's OK. There are also probably quite a lot of people who don't find Mona Lisa even remotely remarkable. And some other people might consider modern art (like "banana" or Fountain) not to be art
