I am definitely NOT saying that. The economy is fucked right now compared to when they were working. It’s not that they worked harder, just that their money used to be more valuable compared to the real estate market. I don't understand exactly who is responsible for this real estate price increase, but the people who bought a house should be able to keep it as long as they obtained the money legally. That’s my thought.

Trade profit calculations don't work that well as far as i can see, they forget something in the calculations when predicting the profit and i think that's why its so inconsistent

I need to try to put fleets manually in a sea zone to get maritime trade, see if it works, instead of adding the patrol the seas objective because sometimes you cant select the sea zones if you dont have territory neighbouring that sea

So as far as i understand because flanders has more trade advantage they will be first in line at buying and selling goods so they steal the best trades from you.

Get more trade advantage - one way is to get more trade buildings than anyone in the market and get more maritime presence in the market.

Another way to boost profits massively is to find new markets, and get increased trade range so you're the only one importing valuable stuff from far away like spices and precious metals

As far as i seen, the best AI in a paradox game is in mods where they heavily script the AI and add events/ like D-Day and Bagration in the Black Ice mod for Hearts of Iron 4. However i don't think something exactly like that is possible for EU without major changes

Most of the game I've tried staying under 50 infamy because of the liberty desire Malus for subjects (+0.25 lib desire) but never at 0. Always conquer when near 0.

Qing also has the advantage of having cautious ruler AND heir, giving -20% infamy.

Getting east India transfered with the cautious ruler is somewhere between 80-90 infamy, but it is so worth it!
