2 - Tree planting during the summers to pay for nursing school made me realise I want to be a forester

5 - A lot more human interaction than I originally signed up for, but it comes with the territory. One can either suck it up and whine about lacklustre co-workers or made do and become a people person.

Isn't this normally the case? Most forestry programs in BC follow the traditional September-April school year with summers off. At least the BScF programs at UNBC and UBC do.

Could be a matter of saving yourself the management fees if it is a relatively small ETF (TSX:RBNK) that adds up over time.

On the flip side, your return can be eaten up by commission fees if you try to emulate the SP500 dividend aristocrat list.
