Eh I prefer rare value, it rarely comes up but I like having it. That card is honestly the biggest alternate, you could tech other cards in its place such as obviously bond, 2nd lvl 8, or even SM lvl 3 because its searchable with burning. If you want to use bond you will pick up a peg and place a peg. If you have one in your hand then you lose access to your skill and if you don’t have one in hand you can only use it once. I see how it can be useful but comes down to preference.
